New Ibis Riga Centre hotel to focus on tourist groups, business travelers

He said that Ibis Riga Centre is a three-star hotel therefore it would be attractive for budget travelers. The average price per room per night is EUR 45-60.
He did not disclose the amount of investments in the new hotel.
The new hotel will create about 40-50 new workplaces. The hotel has 125 rooms and book and wine lounge Booky.
The owner of the hotel is Ukraine's real estate developer Wisher Enterprise.
Renovation of the building was conducted by B&K Buve and the design project has been conducted by Studio Hermansons. The building hotel Aurora until 2008.
In 2014, the Ukrainian investors opened Mercure Riga Centre Hotel in Riga at 101 Elizabetes Street, investing EUR 10.3 million in the hotel. This hotel is operated as a franchise of French Accor hotel chain.
