Tallinna Sadam selling equipment of former Muuga coal terminal

The state-owned port company AS Tallinna Sadam (Port of Tallinn) is selling the equipment of the former Muuga coal terminal with a starting price of 3.8 million euros, informs LETA/BNS.
Tallinna Sadam is to carry out a public auction, the item of which will be the equipment of the coal terminal located on properties owned by Tallinna Sadam at the port of Muuga, the company said. The starting price of the assets is 3.8 million euros.
A deposit will have to be paid for participating in the auction. The offer must be made by e-mail by 11:00 a.m. on August 1 at the latest. Tallinna Sadam on Thursday signed a cooperation agreement and a building title agreement with MPG AgroProduction OU for the development of an oilseeds processing and logistics complex on the property of the former coal terminal at Muuga port for 200 million euros.
