Ahtisaari, Soros and Giddens to visit Estonia

Print versionIn the beginning of November, three prominent figures will visit Estonia – the recent Nobel peace prize winner Martti Ahtisaari, philanthropist George Soros and Anthony Giddens, the creater of the so-called “Third Path” policy, writes the National Broadcasting.
Ahtisaari and Soros will give speeches at the 13th Open Society Forum that will take place on November 6 in Estonia. The event will focus on the relations between the European Union and Russia.
Giddens will give a lecture a day later, organised by the Social Democrats’ Party and the Tallinn University. His speech will be titled “What is the future of Social Democracy”.
