Italian is fighting to see his daughter in Lithuania
49-year-old Italian Leonardo Lovari, fighting for the custody of a minor daughter, returned to Florence from Vilnius in the weekend.
Even a bailiff did not help him to see a three-year-old Maria. 36-year-old Saule Saltenyte, Maria"s mother and daughter of writer Saulius Saltenis, did not obey the request of the bailiff and did not bring the daughter to meet her father at the fashion and retail trade centre Europa in Vilnius, informs Lietuvos Rytas/ELTA.
The woman was worried that the Italian might take the girl and run away with her. Angry Lovari, who did not know what to do, called the public Italian television RAI DUO and agreed that he would address the audience on Tuesday at 11 a.m. live and tell about his suffering faced in Lithuania. The Italian was mostly offended by the suspicions that he intended to kidnap the child following the example of German Michael Rinau. Such fears were indicated by Saltenyte, Saltenis and their lawyer.
