Over 4,000 internet users consider Drasius Kedys, suspected of performing the crimes that shocked the society recently, to be a hero, writes ELTA/LETA.

First the supporters of Kedys were gathering in the social network Facebook. Now an internet site kedys.lt has been created, on this site there are links to internet sites providing information related to the bloody events in Kaunas. It is also possible to express one's opinion there whether Kedys is a criminal or a hero. As on Thursday at 16:30, 87 percent of those visitors of the internet site who voted thought that Kedys was a hero.

It is possible to vote only once from the same computer.

As reported, Kedys is suspected of murdering judge Jonas Furmanavicius and Violeta Naruseviciene. Meanwhile, the search for 37-year-old Drasius Kedys, the main murder suspect, continues both in Lithuania and abroad.

Kedys, the owner of a fur business, has been accusing the judge Furmanavicius and two other men of molesting his little daughter, and his partner and her sister – in assisting the pedophiles. Due to accusations, the pretrial investigation was launched in November last year. At the moment the possible circumstances of this case are being investigated at Vilnius Prosecutors' Office.
