Lithuanian and Estonian prime ministers exchanged compliments and T-shirts
At a meeting with Estonia's Prime Minister Andrus Ansip on Monday, Lithuanian Prime Minster Andrius Kubilius admitted that he viewed the fact that Estonia would adopt the euro and that it joined the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development rather with envy.
Ansip stated that Kubilius' Government did good work and took on all the necessary actions to tackle the crisis.
The prime ministers not only paid compliments to each other, but also exchanged T-shirts. Kubilius presented the T-shirt of the Lithuanian national basketball team with Ansip's surname on it to his Estonian colleague.
The Estonian prime minister noted that Kubilius was a good cyclist and gave him a cyclist T-shirt with the colours of the flag of Estonia as a present.
Kubilius promised to wear the shirt this summer, when taking his cycling tour in Belarus.
