Ukraine offers electricity supplies to Lithuania

"We offered Lithuania the possibility of supplies of electricity. There are certain technical problems connected with [transmitting electricity] across the territory of Belarus, but I think there is a solution," the Ukrainian premiers aid at a joint with Lithuanian Prime Minister Andrius Kubilius press conference in Vilnius on Thursday, writes LETA/ELTA.
Azarov added that during negotiations they also discussed ways of diversifying energy supplies.
