Estonian businessman consolidates companies under Alexela name

Estonian businessman Heiti Hääl consolidates companies he owns under Alexela Group, which will belong to key persons of the companies led by Heiti Hääl and his Kazakh business partner Igor Bidilo, LETA/Postimees Online reports.

As the result of the consolidation transaction, Alexela Group, that so far belonged to Heiti Hääl, Marti Hääl, Aarto Eipre, Juhan Parmas and Ain Kuusik, will own 77.6% of shares of Alexela Oil, 100% of shares of OÜ Pakrineeme Sadam and 90% of OÜ Balti Gaas.

 

Via increase of Alexela Group share capital, the biggest shareholders will be Heiti Hääl and Igor Bidilo, who control 73.8% of Alexela Group capital. The rest belongs to several managers of the group's companies.

 

Heiti Hääl said that holding company Alexela Group was founded this summer to reorganise the Kadaka Varahalduse AS concern and include new strategic partners, the biggest of whom is the long-term Kazakh business partner Igor Bidilo.

 

All Kadaka Varahaldus concern companies now move to Alexela Group. Alexela Group is distributed into three: metal works branch Alexela Metallitööd, real estate branch Alexela Kinnisvara and energy-related businesses branch Alexela Energia. Alexela Energia is the biggest and includes, among other companies, fuel retailer Alexela Oil.

 

Alexela Group's total turnover is 319 million euros and the concern has over 1,700 employees.
