Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ signs agreement with Invest Lithuania

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (BTMU) together with its subsidiary, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Poland) S.A. (BTMUP) signed an agreement on cooperation with Invest Lithuania on May 8, 2013, informs LETA/ELTA.

With the signing of this agreement, BTMU and BTMUP will closely collaborate with Invest Lithuania by organizing joint events to provide information and assistance to Japanese companies interested in investing in Lithuania, Invest Lithuania said in a statement.

 

Last month The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. signed a similar agreement with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA).

 

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is one of the world's largest and most diversified financial groups. The group comprises five primary operating companies, including The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi UFJ NICOS Co., Ltd. and Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Company Limited. The group has approximately 40 million retail accounts and 400,000 corporate clients with over 500 locations in more than 40 countries, Invest Lithuania said.
