The company informs that, according to the Financial and Capital Market Commission's decision to cancel GE Money Bank license and considering Section 9 of the Credit Institutions Law, which stipulates that only licensed credit institutions are allowed to use the word "bank" in their names, its shareholders have decided to change the company's name.

The company has also changed its legal address.

Starting from November 12, 2013 the company’s legal address is 24-1 Aspazijas Boulevard, Riga, LV-1050.

The company’s name and legal address changes do not impact existing customers’ liabilities which must be covered according to the existing schedule.

Clients are urged to use the new name – GE Capital Latvia – in the beneficiary field, during the repayment of existing liabilities.

The company’s registration number remains unchanged – 40003090171.
