In the first quarter of 2015, 12,812 real estate transactions were conducted in Estonia. That figure was just nearly 1% higher than the number of transactions a year ago.
The number of transactions decreased as compared to the previous quarter by 15%. This is a seasonal decline, and not a reversal of market trends.
The summary turnover of the real estate transactions in the first quarter of 2015 was 719 million euros. Despite the just 1% increase in the number of transactions, the turnover of the transactions rose by 26% in a year.
