The year-on-year growth in the number of transactions was 16%.
The average price of transactions has grown as well; in the second quarter, the average price of transactions involving flats in Estonia was 1,044 euros per square metre. This is the highest of the past seven years.
The quarterly turnover of flats grew by 37%, amounting to 309 million euros. The fact that the turnover grew several times faster than the number of transactions was due to the active market in new developments in Tallinn.
