BC, Vilnius, 21.02.2017.Print version
Stova, a Lithuanian company that provides car parking services under the UniPark brand, has purchased Citypark Eesti, the owner of around 6,500 parking spaces in Tallinn, reports LETA/BNS.
Stova is part of the car dealership, real estate development and energy group Modus Grupe.
Modus Grupe CEO Liudas Liutkevicius told that the value of the deal was not being disclosed and that Stova had no immediate plans to expand into new markets.
"We now operate in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and a little bit in Belarus. We will also start operating in Poland shortly. We intend to further strengthen our positions. We currently focus more on our existing markets," he said.
Stova last year posted around 3.2 mln euros in revenue.
