The contract value is approximately 8.1 million euros inclusive of VAT and the construction will be completed in September 2018, Nordecon told the stock exchange.

The aim of the innovation city LvivTech.City is to bring together know-how intensive businesses of international scope, to whom a functioning and modern campus will be offered featuring both modern office spaces and convenient leisure amenities," Nordecon AS board member Priit Luman said in a press release.

Nordecon is also building an office building for the same developer's Unit City technology park in the Ukrainian capital Kiev.

The office building in LvivTech.City will have 17,800 square meters of floor space on six levels and it will be built to meet the LEED Gold high energy efficiency and environmental standards, Luman added.

Nordecon is a group of construction companies the core business of which is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. The group operates in Estonia, Ukraine, Finland and Sweden. The consolidated revenue of the group in 2016 was 183 million euros and the group currently employs close to 740 people. Shares of Nordecon are quoted in the main list of the NASDAQ Tallinn Stock Exchange.
