airBaltic introduces five ticket types to personalise travel

Based on customer demand and preferences, we have now grouped these products under five ticket types. These five ticket types enable customers to choose more personalised travel with airBaltic, and the optimum amount of services ranging from the simple Basic to the all-inclusive Business Flex.”
Each of the five new ticket types – Basic, Economy, Economy Flex, Business, Business Flex – include a gradually increasing amount of service. The Basic ticket secures the lowest price for budget travellers, and extra services can be purchased at airBaltic.com Economy tickets include more services, such as a checked-in bag free of chargee. airBaltic’s Economy Flex allows adjusting travel plans without limitations; Economy Flex ticket is tailored for business travellers who, for one reason or another, are restricted to fly in Business Flex class. Business tickets offer premium service at the airport, lounges and on-board. Business Flex tickets offer full flexibility and premium services throughout the journey, informed BC vice president of corporate communications at airBaltic Janis Vanags.
