Apartment sales in Riga have increased by 29.6% in January-September

Print versionOverall, in the first three quarters of the year, there has been a 29.6% increase in apartment sales in Riga, according to information from the real-estate company Ober-Haus.

According to Ober-Haus, there were on average 618 apartment deals per month in the first quarter of the year, 598 in the second per months in the second quarter, and approximately 663 per month in the third quarter of the year, informs LETA.
When compared to the third quarter of last year, the number of apartment sales in the third quarter of 2012 has increased by 15%.
