The European Innovation Academy brought a hundred young entrepreneurs from 30 states to Tallinn for this week to develop innovative and valuable business models and try to sell them to Estonian risk capitalists, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.

15 teams have submitted their business ideas. Of them ten will be chosen who can test with acknowledged practitioners and theoretics who participate in the innovation academy whether the idea has a future. The best teams can present their business plans to potential financers this Friday.

"We have a very clear plan for the five days. We want to create new successful business models, as successful as Skype," said Tallinn Technical University innovation and internationalisation pro-rector Alar Kolk.

He said that ideas from the whole spectre of life are represented, starting from health care applications to free time and catering applications.
