Garage48 returns to Kiev's startup week
Motify.me also joins Garage48 as Garage48 Kiev 2012 winner and EastLabs startups accelerator program alumni has had a full year of achievements and would like to invite everyone to take part in the next Garage48 48-hour bootcamp event. About 80% of people never set clear goals in their lives. Among those who do, only one third actually achieves what they want. Motify.me decided to solve this problem and turn your dreams into achievable goals.
Of course, the only way to succeed is to act. But often people do not have enough knowledge or motivation to do this. Motify.me believes that they can succeed with it via communication with peers. All you need is to define your goal and regularly exchange experience with those who are running this goal right now or have already achieved it.
Motify.me website is a kind of a "Pinterest for dreams" where you can get inspiration with the dreamboards of other users, choose your dreams, break them down into smaller steps and start achieving them. One can share the success and plans on Facebook and ask own friends for support on a particular issue. Long words short, Motify.me helps people stay focused on their goals. And of course, it is always more fun to achieve goals together.
The team got together around the idea that originally sounded “to help people manage their dreams” at the Garage48 Kiev 2012. The team members were not familiar with each other and the only common thing they all had was self-development and goal-setting. In 48 hours they developed a fully functional prototype which won the first prize in the competition.
