Three Lithuanian parties sign ruling coalition agreement

Three parties that following the parliamentary election are forming a new ruling coalition – the Social Democratic Party, the Labour Party and the party Order and Justice – have signed a coalition agreement on joint work for the sake of Lithuania.

The solemn ceremony was held at the Constitution Hall of the Seimas, reports LETA/ELTA.

 

The document has been inked by leaders of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party, the Labour Party and the party Order and Justice Algirdas Butkevicius, Viktor Uspaskikh and Rolandas Paksas.

 

The partners agreed on a joint coalition Government and adjusting the Government's programme, forming the leadership of the Seimas and the Seimas' committees.
