Tele2: meteorite campaign in Latvia gives results
The number of business clients inquiring about Tele2 has increased twofold, said LETA the company's public relations manager Vita Sirica.
Furthermore, several enterprises, for instance, CM Auto, have become Tele2 customers since the "Mazsalaca meteorite" hit the news.
Tele2 Marketing Director Janis Spogis informs that the company has been receiving very many phone calls the past few days, with many callers praising Tele2 and some calling to criticize. Most importantly, a large number of the callers are interested in becoming Tele2 clients.
As reported earlier, the meteorite publicity stunt was organized by the mobile phone operator Tele2 in tandem with the media agency Inspired, Sirica said previously, adding that the meteorite is part of Tele2’s further "communication campaign."
