Tallinn apartment prices rise 6% in 2015

The average price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn in 2015 was 6% higher than the year before at 1,547 euros, it appears from statistics of the Estonian Land Board, writes LETA/BNS.

In addition, the number of transactions increased 14% in annual comparison to 8,766 registered transactions. The monetary value of transactions with Tallinn apartments during the year was 768.8 mln. euros or 21% more than in 2014.


Compared to 2013 the average price per square meter of Tallinn apartments rose 19%, the number of transactions with apartments nearly 11% and the total value of transactions 29%.
