Print versionAccording to the Land Board, foreign citizens bought land property for a total of 24.8 million euros in Estonia in 2010, writes LETA/Postimees Online.

Improved land property (with buildings) was bought for 19.7 million euros and unimproved property (without buildings) for 5.13 million euros.
During the year 2010, foreigners carried out a total of 3,172 purchasing transactions for a total of 96.4 million euros with real estate, apartment ownership and rights and rights of superficies.
