Compared to August 2012, apartment prices in Riga grew on average 0.1%.
In January-September 2012, the number of apartment transactions in Riga rose 29.6% from the respective period in 2011, writes LETA.
Compared to the record high prices registered in May 2007, apartment prices in Riga dropped 57.4%.
