Apartment prices in Baltic capitals remained unchanged in January

However, a negative annual change in apartment prices was observed as it decreased by 1.3% in January 2013, while a 1.4% decrease was seen in December 2012.
In January 2013, apartment prices in Riga remained stable, with an average price of 989 EUR/sqm.
The average apartment price in Tallinn, meanwhile, increased by 0.2% to reach 1,135 EUR/sqm in January 2013. In comparison with January of the previous, the average price went up by 9.4%.
