Moreover, it was 1.2% lower as compared to the average price of the apartments in the old buildings in Vilnius city in 2012.
The price of the previous quarter reached LTL 4350 (EUR 1259) per one square meter and was 1.7% lower than the collective average in 2012.
The price of the individual houses in the capital of Lithuania was LTL 2586 (EUR 748) per one square meter in the third quarter of 2013. It was 14.1% lower as compared to the second quarter of 2013 and even 21.6% lower as compared to the average price in this segment in 2012.
The price of the new individual houses in Vilnius city in the third quarter of 2013 reached LTL 2261 (EUR 654) per one square meter and was 1.3% lower as compared to the second quarter of 2013. Moreover, it was 10.1% lower as compared to 2012 as well.
