The announcement came after the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry updated its travel recommendations on Friday to advise citizens against travelling to Greece, among other countries, due to rising coronavirus cases.
Novaturas said in a statement that it had over 380 travelers in Greece and was working to fly them back home.
Tez Tour said its travelers would be flown back to Lithuania according to schedule.
Both operators recommend rebooking to safer destinations, such as the Italian islands of Sicily and Sardinia, or the Calabria region.
