New council elected at airBaltic

Print versionAt a meeting tonight, six new members of the council at the national airline airBaltic were elected, and the council in turn elected two board members, bringing their total to three.

Elected to the council from the state are Gints Kirsteins, Raitis Tukans, Niks Bulmanis, Karls Ginters Solingers; for the private shareholders – Martins Zalans and Andrejs Kutasins, informs LETA.
Kirsteins was selected council chairman.
The council then elected two board members, and they are Laila Odina and Vitolds Jakovlevs.
A chairman of the board will be selected when the third member is elected.
