Lithuanian court halts Ignitis Gamyba's delisting
The district court of Vilnius Region on Friday applied interim measures, Ignitis Gamyba announced via the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.
Several shareholders of Ignitis Gamyba are asking for the invalidation of the December 4, 2019 decisions by Ignitis Gamyba's extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to delist the company.
Ignitis Gamyba is looking into the court ruling and will decide on further actions.
On Dec 31, Vilnius District Court also halted the planned delisting of Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (ESO), another subsidiary of Ignitis Group, in response to a request by minority shareholders.
Ignitis Group ownes 94.79% of ESO and 96.82% of Ignitis Gamyba. Both companies are on the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange's Main List.
The State of Lithuania own 100% of Ignitis Group.
