"We were very satisfied with the last season and we feel that, tapping into our experience, we can offer a better service still to Parnu residents and guests of the city. We have learned about the mobility habits of our clients and will definitely take them into account in the new season," Thomas Tammus, head of electric scooters at Bolt, said in a press release on Saturday.
The maximum permitted speed of electric scooters in Parnu is 25 kmh, whereas every user must be convinced that the speed they choose is safe for them and other people on the streets.
Users who leave an electric scooter outside designated areas for electric scooter parking after a ride will be fined 40 euros.
