The Tallink ship Victoria I is visiting the port of Saaremaa as the first cruise ship of the season on Tuesday, Tallinna Sadam, the owner of the Saaremaa port, informed BC.
There are 1,023 passengers on board the Tallink ship Victoria I, which came from Helsinki. Tourists arriving on Estonia’s largest island are taken by bus both directly to Kuressaare and on longer tours introducing the island. All participants of the tours also have free time to explore Kuressaare on their own. Those who do not want to go on bus tours can get acquainted with Saaremaa Harbour and the surrounding area.
Victoria I arrived at Saaremaa Harbour at 8.30 am and is scheduled to leave at 6.00 pm.
This cruise ship visit is the first and so far the only cruise ship visit with passengers in Estonia in 2020.
