Blizzard of Souls gets Lielais Kristaps national best film award

Print versionDveselu Putenis/Blizzard of Souls produced by Inga Pranevska and Dzintars Dreibergs received Lielais Kristaps national best film award in Latvia, informs LETA.

Dreibergs also got the award as the best film director. The film got in total six awards and the viewer's vote award from Lsm.lv portal.
Pilseta Pie Upes/The Sign Painter received the awards for the best main actor for Davis Suharevskis and the best supporting actor for Brigita Cmuntova.
Ivars Zviedris' and Marta Bite's film Valkatajs/Latvian Coyote received the best documentary award.
Laila Pakalnina's Pirmais Tilts/First Bridge got the best short documentary award.
The annual film festival Lielais Kristaps was first organized in 1977.
