Prices of Estonian apartments are the lowest in Baltics

Print versionThe lowest offer price for the apartments was recorded in Estonia, and the highest – in Lithuania considering the Baltic States, BBN/LETA reported, based on City 24 statistics environment Spot.

The average offer price on September 25 in Estonia was 15,728 kroons per square meter, in Latvia – 23,270 kroons, and in Lithuania – 24,080 kroons.
In Tallinn the average offer price for the apartments is 20,090 kroons, in Riga – 23,594 kroons, and in Vilnius – 25,725 kroons.
Renting an apartment is cheapest in Estonia as well – average in Estonia is 78 kroons per square meter, and in Tallinn – 86 kroons per square meter. In Vilnius it's 113 kroons per square meter, and 107 kroons per square meter in Riga.
