Baby boy born to Estonia's ex-president and his Latvian wife
Print versionA baby boy was born to the family of former Estonian president Toomas Hendrik Ilves and his Latvian wife Ieva on Monday morning.
The parents intend to name the boy Hans Hendrik.
"Our family is filled with joy to welcome Hans Hendrik Ilves, born early this morning. Mother and child are doing well and are happy to share our joy with our families and close friends," Toomas Hendrik Ilves said on Facebook on Monday.
Toomas Hendrik Ilves has two children, Luukas Kristjan Ilves and Juulia Kristiine Ilves, from his marriage with Merry Bullock.
From his marriage to Evelin Ilves that was divorced in April 2015, Toomas Hendrik Ilves has a daughter, Kadri Keiu.
Toomas Hendrik Ilves and Latvian cyber defense expert Ieva Kupce got married on January 2 this year.
