Briedis vs. Dorticos bout to take place in Munich

Print versionThe World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) cruiserweight final between Latvia's Mairis Briedis and Cuba's Yuniel Dorticos, which was initially scheduled to take place in Riga on March 21 but was postponed to a later date, will take place on September 26 in Munich, the organizers said on Tuesday, cites LETA.
The bout was originally scheduled for March 21, but it was re-scheduled for May 16 because of the Covid-19 crisis and postponed once again.
As reported, the two WBSS semifinals also took place in Riga on June 15 last year. Briedis beat Krzystof Glowacki via technical knockout, while Dorticos knocked out Andrew Tabiti.
