Kanal 2 continues to be Estonia’s most popular TV channel

Print versionEstonian private TV channel Kanal 2 was the most popular TV channel in Estonia in October, followed by ETV and TV 3, LETA/Õhtuleht Online writes.
A TSN Emor study showed that Estonian residents spent 3 hours and 50 minutes in front of TV sets a day on average in October. Estonian speaking public spent there 3 hours and 36 minutes and non-Estonians 4 hours and 21 minutes a day.
Estonian speakers watched Kanal 2, ETV and TV 3, non Estonians preferred PBK, RTR Planeta Baltic and NTV Mir.
Overall, Kanal 2 led with 20%, followed by TV3 with 15.6%, ETV with 14.6, PBK with 12.9, RTR Planeta with 3.4, NTV Mir with 2.8% of the audience. Top ten also included 3+ (2.6%), TV6 (2%), Kanal 11 (1.7), Ren TV Estonia (1.7) and ETV 2 (1.3%).
