Forum Cinemas screens "Pearl Jam" documentary in Riga

Yesterday, at 9.30 p.m., a documentary "Pearl Jam Twenty" will be screened. The film was created by the American rock band "Pearl Jam" in honor of their 20th anniversary, Forum Cinemas representative Ginta Lace informed LETA.
The documentary captures the formative years of the band, chaos that followed their becoming worldwide megastars and the rejection of the fame. The film also shows the formation of a reliable circle of friends around them, which created a favorable environment.
The documentary focuses on important issues; it is supported by vivid colors and, in some parts, unbearably loud music. More than 1,200 hours of rarely shown and also unseen footage was used in the making of the documentary.
"Pearl Jam Twenty" is a comprehensive portrait of the band – it is a concert film, a reflection of inside events, a tribute to the power of music and artists who do not compromise.
