LESTO applies for floatation in Vilnius Main stock exchange list

Print versionLithuanian energy company LESTO has filed an application for admission of its securities to the Main List of the Lithuania-based bourse NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, the company's statement to the stock exchange says.

As reported, the company was established in course of reorganization of two energy enterprises Rytu Skirstomieji Tinklai (RST – Eastern Distribution Networks) and Vakaru Skirstomieji Tinklai (VST – Western Distribution Networks), writes LETA/ELTA.
The board chairman of LESTO is Arvydas Darulis.
LESTO is registered in Vilnius.
