Nordea banka transfers headquarters in Riga

Print versionThis week, Nordea banka will move to its new Riga headquarters building, at 62 K.Valdemara Street, which will be called from now on Nordea House, as LETA learned from the bank's spokeswoman, Dagnija Stukena.

The edifice was designed by the architectural bureau Sarma&Norde.
Tomorrow, on July 7, at 12 noon, the bank will hold a press conference at the new premises; at the event, director of the Nordea Bank Finland branch in Latvia, Valdis Siksnis, will inform about the bank's new offers and future plans.
The new bank headquarters building is a significant step in development of Nordea in Latvia. The plans to build the "Nordea House" first emerged after the number of the bank's customers and also its staff number steeply surged two years ago.
