Tehnonord OÜ manager Oleksandr Filatov said that the decision to build the plant in Muuga port made because of the good location and natural conditions of the port and favourable business climate in Estonia. Tehnonord’s partner in this project is British company Amsprill Fertilizers & Technologies Ltd.
