Kanal 2 was the most popular TV channel in July

The private Kanal 2 channel was the most popular TV channel in Estonia in July, Public Broadcasting reports, informs LETA.

The daily share of watching a channel of all TV watching time was distributed as follows: Kanal 2 16%, TV3 11.7% and ETV 10.9%. PBK with 8% was on the fourth place.


In July, Estonian residents watched an average of nearly 3 hours of TV a day. Estonians watched 2 hours and 49 minutes of TV and non-Estonians 3 hours and 5 minutes of TV a day.


Kanal 2 evening news programme "Suverereprter" was the most popular show (9.7%) followed by ETV's news programme "Aktuaalne kaamera" (8.3) and ETV's quiz show "Eesti mäng" (8.1).
