Justin W. Bancroft joins Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance as Country Manager for Latvia

Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) today announced that Mr. Justin W. Bancroft has joined BICG as Country Manager for Latvia. He will work closely with the President and Board of BICG to develop Corporate Governance in Latvia, reports BC BICG.

Mr. Bancroft, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, brings over 25 years of professional experience in capital markets, audit and advisory services to BICG, and is a former global equity partner with a "Big-4" professional services firm in Central Europe and the CIS.

 

His past clients have included Swedbank Latvia, Riga Trade Port, Latvian Railways, VEF Bank, Latvian Central Securities Depository, Baltic Container Terminal, Ogres Trigotage, Latvian Gaze, General Motors Central Europe, HVB Hungary, Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, Georgian State Electricity System, World Bank, EBRD and many more.
