EMT has the best services quality among large companies in Estonia

Estonian cell phone operator EMT achieved the best result in the Faktum & Ariko large companies’ service quality study, Äripäev.ee/LETA reports.

EMT was declared the best in both categories, the pleasant and friendly nature of service and smoothness and precision of solving problems of clients.
"We value especially highly the fact that we received positive results on the basis of real clients not as the result of artificially created purchase satiations or test purchases,” said EMT sales and services director Indrek Randveer.
Faktum & Ariko carries out the study since 2002 and collects evaluations on companies like Eesti Energia, Eesti Gaas, Eesti Post, Elion, EMT, Elisa, Tele2, Starman, Swedbank, Sampo Pank, SEB.
