Alita searches for the buyers

The main shareholder of the Lithuanian producer of alcoholic drinks Anyksciu Vynas – the group Alita has initiated the search for potential buyers for the company, as it said in a statement to the Stock Exchange.

Alita and the company Zabolis ir Partneriai have concluded an agreement on provision of financial services and advisory for Alita, writes LETA/ELTA.

 

All the financial services between Zabolis ir Partneriai and Alita, related to the intended transaction, would be concluded by June 30, 2012.
