Estonia's largest retail group ETK gets a new head

Print versionThe council of Estonian Consumer Societies Central Society ETK chose Jaanus Vihand as the group's new board member; he will start working in the job on October 15, Äripäev.ee/LETA reports.

Vihand has managed Bauhof Eesti, Rakvere Piim and Rocca al Mare Arena and been a council member of different companies.
ETK council also extended the contract with board member Janek Lepp. The board will have just these two members.
In July, Kati Kusmin who had been ETK's board chairwoman for three years, announced of her resignation to start working in the board of fashion concern Baltika.
ETK Group includes 19 consumer societies across Estonia, 74 Konsum, 156 A ja O and 7 Maksimarket stores.
