Print versionLithuanian wood processing company Grigiskes considers various alternatives of expansion of the company's business, including possible raising of additional capital by way of secondary public offering of shares of the company, Grigiskes said in a statement, informs LETA.

However, no decisions in connection therewith have been adopted by the company today.
The company further informs, that for the purposes of analysis and execution of the aforementioned alternatives it has concluded the consulting agreement with UAB Orion Securities.
