Carlsberg Baltic to face serious changes

Print versionSerious changes occurred in Carlsberg Baltic operating the brewery Svyturys-Utenos Alus and two more breweries in the Baltic states. They will be soon announced officially, writes the daily Verslo Zinios.

According to some sources, Carlsberg Baltic (former BBH Baltic) is being eliminated; others say that it will remain, but only with several employees left instead of the current 30 employees, writes ELTA.
Recently, head of Carlsberg Baltic Tomas Kucinskas has been mentioned as a likely candidate to become the Lithuanian ambassador to Great Britain. The Baltic breweries Svyturys-Utenos Alus, Aldaris and Saku belong to the concern Carlsberg Breweries, which operates them via its controlled company Carlsberg Baltic.
