Recipe Plus sold medicine to general drugstores, medical institutions, intern doctors, other wholesalers, veterinary doctors, veterinary clinics, and other merchants in the amount of EUR 31.54 million.

This is 0.3% more than in the second quarter of this year, when Recipe Plus turned over EUR 31.45 million. Compared with the third quarter of the previous year, when Recipe Plus turned over EUR 29.97 million, the company's turnover in the third quarter of this year grew by 5.2%.

Recipe Plus is followed by Tamro with EUR 17.22 million and "Magnum Medical" with EUR 12 million.

As reported, compared with the second quarter of this year, the total amount of medication sales by drug wholesalers in Latvia decreased by 1% in the third quarter of this year, according to the State Agency of Medicine data. Compared with the third quarter of the previous year, the total drug turnover has grown by 3%.

The total turnover of drug wholesalers in Latvia reached EUR 105.75 million in the third quarter.

A total of 71 certified drug wholesalers operated in Latvia in the third quarter of this year.
