New four-star hotel "Hotel Justus" opens in Riga Old Town

Print versionNew four-star boutique hotel, "Hotel Justus" has opened in Riga at 24 Jauniela Street, LETA learned from the hotel's marketing manager Olga Pedo.

"Hotel Justus" is located in Riga Old Town, which has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The hotel's antique facade, conserved from its last reconstruction in 1874, was renovated this year.
The hotel's 18th century building has been used for shooting several films, including "Seventeen Moments of Spring" and "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson".
Pedo informed that EUR 8 million (LVL 5.6 million) was invested in the new hotel. The hotel currently has a staff of twelve.
"Hotel Justus" offers 45 rooms, the price range is between EUR 90 (LVL 63) and EUR 150 (LVL 105) per night, including one room for guests with disabilities. There is also restaurant "La Crabe", a sauna and a bar at the hotel.
