From October 7 to 9, in the framework of the European Tourism Forum in Brussels the Tērvete Country Park received the honorary title of EDEN (European Destinations of Excellence) project winner or European Destination of Excellence in Latvia.

22 European countries received awards and presented their tourism destinations during special exhibition, reports BC the Latvian Institute.

Latvia’s stand attracted the attention of visitors with its magnificent design based on nature motifs. The EDEN project is orientated towards safe, beautiful and undiscovered places in Europe to visit, invest and live in.
