Olev Schults, one of the founders of investment bank Cresco, has acquired full control over the company, thus gaining control over Cresco's 17-% holding in Estonian national carrier Estonian Air, BBN/LETA reports.
Schults, who at present heads Supervisory Board of Estonian Air, acquired the remaining share of Cresco from Tõnu Laak, a founder of Hansapank.
Cresco bought 17% of Estonian Air in 1996 when the state privatized 66% of the airline. 49% of shares was acquired by Maersk Air, which in 2003 sold his holding to SAS Group.
